Job description

Value Packline Operator

We are currently hiring Value Packline Operators to assist with unstacking, packing, shrink wrapping, and restacking pallets of product to create variety packs for customers in a fast-paced production environment. This is a temporary seasonal opportunity with potential for overtime based on production needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lift cases from pallets and place them onto the conveyor line
  • Remove bottles from trays and place them into mixed-product trays
  • Work at designated stations, adding specific product flavors into cases
  • Guide packed cases through the shrink-wrap machine
  • Stack finished product at the end of the production line
  • Properly palletize finished cases according to customer specifications
  • Wrap and seal pallets using stretch film and turntable equipment
  • Build new pallets while completed pallets are being wrapped
  • Operate a forklift to move pallets, if certified
  • Notify lead personnel of damaged product or materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Pick up and sort dropped containers as good or damaged product
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or leads

  • Must be able to speak, read, and understand English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Frequent walking and repetitive movement
  • Ability to lift and carry 10–20 lbs regularly, including overhead and floor-level lifting
  • Ability to push and pull materials throughout the shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
