This position is 100% work at home. While this position will be working from

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee:
    • Approved business-facing regression execution
    • Production validation checklists
    • Defect trend support
    • Release evidence support
  • Support administration of BrowserStack assets suites, dashboards, and execution
    workflows for supported Customer Success Solutions teams (CTI, Messaging,
    OneCRM, Self-Help Portals)
  • Execute approved manual test cases and business-facing regression test suites.
  • Support post-deployment production validation planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Create and log initial defects with sufficient evidence to support engineering triage and debugging follow through.
  • Maintain execution records, test assets, and operating documentation.
  • Provide standardized status updates and reporting support to Program Management.
  • Coordinate with Business Operations and Advisors, as needed, for real-call, persona-based, language-specific, or market-specific validation requirements.

Required Skills

 
  • Experience: 5-7+ years in regression testing, production validation, release verification, test automation support, or quality operations, including hands-on experience building and maintaining repeatable regression packs for customer-facing or operational workflows.
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems, or related field.
  • Technical / functional proficiency: Strong understanding of regression strategy, production-safe validation practices, release evidence, defect triage support, and the distinction between exploratory validation versus stable, repeatable flows suitable for automation. Should have experience identifying which checks can be automated at UAT or production-validation level and which should remain manual.
  • Tool expertise: BrowserStack required; Jira defect tracking required; experience with regression suite maintenance, test evidence capture, and basic automation tooling or scripting strongly preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar, CRM-adjacent workflows, telephony, messaging, or digital customer journeys is a plus.
  • Operating strengths: Able to build and run smoke packs, recurring regression checks, and production-safe post-deploy validation steps. Strong judgment, documentation discipline, and ability to partner effectively with Engineering, Product, and Program Management on release readiness, escaped defects, and automation opportunities.
  • Certifications: ISTQB or equivalent required. Experience with test automation frameworks, release management, incident validation, or quality engineering practices is a strong plus.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication, multilingual preferred
  • Ability to document issues with clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual behavior, environment context, and supporting evidence.
  • Comfort operating in a hybrid manual-plus-automation model.
  • Ability to work across Product, Engineering, Program Management, and Business Ops / Advisors.
  • Experience supporting global, multilingual, persona-based, or market-variant validation preferred.
  • Demonstrated reliability in release windows, defect triage cycles, and time-sensitive execution.
