Job Description

Project Details:

Validate data from the legacy system into the Modernized Systems. Validates the extraction, transformation and loading of data into the databases for completeness and integrity. Conducts testing to ensure accurateness of data, compared to the source.

Required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Expert in validating data conversions.
  • Experience preparing technical specifications
  • Experience and understanding data transformations.
  • Expert developing and defining data validation plans.
  • Experience documenting validation plans for an application.
  • Expert scripting test and validation routines.
  • Expert development experience with REXX.
  • Expert development experience with IBM JCL
  • Expert development experience with IBM Utilities
  • Expert development experience with TSO/ISPF

Desired.

  • Experience preparing technical presentations.
  • Experience preparing business requirements documentation.
  • Experience developing processes to validate data between IDMS and DB2
