What You'll Do:
  • Lead & manage the Service Drive Team - onboard, train, and oversee daily operations
  • Ensure operational excellence - maintain standard operating procedures and company policies
  • Drive safety & compliance - conduct daily safety reviews and staff training
  • Build strong client relationships - establish regular meetings with dealership management
  • Oversee payroll & scheduling - manage time tracking, attendance, and budgeting
