We are seeking an experienced and driven Dealership Valet Manager to lead daily operations within our vehicle reconditioning (Recon) department in Fort Washington, PA. This role is vital to maintaining high service standards, supporting team development, and ensuring operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and business-minded—with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving team success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day workflow in detailing and recon operations
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure timely service completion and client satisfaction
  • Enforce safety protocols, company policies, and compliance standards
  • Maintain high-quality standards through regular inspections and coaching
Team & Performance Management
  • Supervise detail team members and hold them accountable for performance
  • Drive productivity while promoting continuous improvement and development
  • Manage labor costs and payroll to support departmental profitability
  • Provide mentorship, training, and recognition to support employee growth
Client & Communication Management
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and dealership clients
