Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience within the parking industry.
  • Proven success in business development, sales, account management, or client relationship management.
  • Experience selling parking operations, parking management services, mobility solutions, valet services, transportation services, or related operational services.
  • Strong understanding of parking operations, revenue management, customer service, and facility management.
  • Experience developing relationships with commercial real estate owners, property management firms, healthcare organizations, municipalities, or similar stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned markets.
  • Background working for a parking operator, parking management company, mobility provider, transportation services company, or related organization.
