What You'll Do

Oversee the entire valet operation, ensuring smooth and efficient performance Lead a team of valets with a focus on operational excellence and outstanding customer service, fostering a productive, cooperative, and inclusive work environment Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs Conduct interviews and hire associates as needed Respond promptly to accidents, incidents, or safety concerns Complete daily and weekly lot reports, weekly tip-out distributions, and weekly revenue entries Coach, counsel, and, when necessary, terminate team members while ensuring accountability and performance standards are met Train team members on customer service, safety, and inclusion best practices Perform all duties in a timely and effective manner, following company policies and procedures to achieve operational objectives Maintain courteous and professional relationships with guests, partners, subordinates, fellow associates, supervisors, and managers Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth operations We are not just parking cars - we are driving the guest experience.
