Valet Manager Assistant - Fast-Paced Valet Parking Company We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and highly organized Valet Manager Assistant to join our fast-paced valet parking operation. This position will work directly with our Valet Manager, assisting with day-to-day tasks and helping keep operations running smoothly.The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable working with people, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This is a hands-on position that includes a combination of administrative work, employee support and training, audits, site visits, and assisting with valet operations

Responsibilities: Assist the Valet Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks Help coordinate employee schedules and fill open shifts when necessary Communicate with valet attendants regarding schedules, assignments, and operational needs Perform site visits and quality-control checks Ensure employees arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work Assist with training new employees Help maintain employee and operational documentation Communicate professionally with clients, guests, and employees Assist with resolving day-to-day employee and customer issues Help prepare for special events and busy valet operations Run occasional errands or travel between valet locations as needed Step in and assist with valet operations when necessary Assist the Valet Manager with additional tasks as needed Perks & Benefits: Fuel reimbursement for business-related travel Cell phone reimbursement Opportunity to grow within the company Varied workday with various field responsibilities This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy and wants to be an important part of a growing operation.
