Education and Experience

  • Previous valet or professional parking experience required.
  • Two or more years of experience in a valet and/or professional parking role preferred.

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with guests, employees, managers, and other departments.

  • Ability to interpret and follow company policies, procedures, and standard business practices.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Ability to push and pull carts and other equipment weighing up to 250 pounds.
  • Ability to frequently enter and exit guest vehicles throughout the day.
  • Ability to run short distances as needed to efficiently retrieve guest vehicles.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, and other inclement weather.
  • Ability to work around moving vehicles while maintaining constant awareness of guest and employee safety.
  • Ability to remain professional, attentive, and service-oriented in a fast-paced front-drive environment.
  • Must wear comfortable, closed-toe, non-skid shoes while working.
  • Must maintain a clean driving record and successfully complete required annual MVR screening.
