Job description

AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for our orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who wants direct mentorship, strong clinical development, and the opportunity to grow in a performance-focused practice.

Role & Development
  • Treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients with evidence-based care

Requirements
  • Virginia PT license (required) + BLS/CPR (required)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $76,000-$85,000 with clear growth potential beyond based on performance
  • Bonus potential tied to patient volume and clinic growth
  • Sign-on or relocation bonus (based on experience and distance)
