AID Performance Physical Therapy | Ashburn, VA
Full-time | Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic

AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) for a full-time outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine role in Ashburn, VA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys working with active patients and wants to build advanced orthopedic rehab, return-to-sport, and performance training skills in a collaborative sports medicine environment.
You will work directly alongside Physical Therapists treating orthopedic and athletic populations while utilizing advanced rehab and testing technology to help drive patient outcomes.

The Role
As a Certified Athletic Trainer at AID Performance PT, you will:
• Work alongside our Physical Therapy team treating orthopedic and active patient populations
• Guide exercise progressions and return-to-sport programming
• Utilize VALD and objective testing tools to track progress and support clinical decision-making
• Deliver high-quality patient experiences in a fast-paced sports medicine environment
• Collaborate closely with PTs and support staff to maintain a strong standard of care
• Support clinic culture through professionalism, energy, and teamwork
• Optional growth opportunities in community and sports outreach initiatives
Qualifications
• Current ATC certification and eligible to practice in Virginia (required)
• BLS/CPR certification (required)
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation
• Sports performance background is a plus
• New grads encouraged to apply, especially those with strong orthopedic/sports clinical experience

Compensation & Benefits
• Base pay: $60,000-$75,000 based on experience and clinical readiness
• Structured compensation review at 60-90 days based on performance, documentation quality, and clinic autonomy
