About Us: Most of our homes are located within Beachwalk Resort - a magical place located right across from Lake Michiganโ€™s most beautiful beach where charming cottages and grand beach homes are nestled behind picket fences inviting neighbors to chat and vacationers to reconnect with family. In addition to the 90+ homes within the resort, we manage an additional 40+ units in other areas of Northwest Indiana. These homes are individually owned and contracted with us for vacation rental management.ย 
No housekeeping experience necessary. Spend your working hours by the beach, get your steps in & stay active, and sleep in - Housekeeping shifts start after 9 AM and end before 5! ย 
This is a seasonal position only. Our season runs from May to Mid-September. Employment length: 1-4 months.
Job Summary: ย 
Schedules are semi-flexible, weekends required. Will be responsible for cleaning interior of the vacation rental homes & providing tidy, sanitary amenities for guests. Duties include cleaning floors, making beds, laundry, dishes, dusting surfaces throughout the homes, restocking supplies. Reports on any damage inside of the homes. This position requires attention to detail, physical strength and a good personality. Perform deep cleans when required. Travel between jobs (travel time between locations is on the clock). Located in and around Michigan City, IN.ย

  • Clean Vacation Rental Properties and maintain home or facility appearance.ย 
  • Clean kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms, dusting, mopping, sweeping, etc.ย 
  • Keeps public access areas clean and maintains them according to employer standards.ย 
  • Monitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies.ย 
  • Keeps housekeeping storage room in a neat and organized fashion.ย 
  • Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs to supervisor.ย
