Job description

Responsibilities:
Champion User Experience Design and User Interface Design for designated projects, ensuring a seamless user journey
Advocate for User Experience/User Interface design, effectively communicating the vision to project teams
Lead stakeholder/user interviews to delve into business issues and requirements, facilitating whiteboarding sessions to stimulate creative brainstorming
Execute user interviews, craft personas, journey maps, site maps and information architecture diagrams to provide a comprehensive understanding of user behavior
Develop user flows, task analysis matrices, wireframes, high-resolution mockups, and prototypes to vividly illustrate product vision
Manage design feedback sessions and user testing to ensure the product meets user expectations and needs
Strictly adhere to Tax Design System standards, applying them appropriately to mockups for consistency and coherence
Collaborate closely with UI Developer to ensure the product build is accurate, user-friendly, accessible, and aligns with the initial vision
Seek to integrate AI into the UX/UI workflow
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually captivating websites or applications that prioritize user ease
Possesses robust interpersonal skills with a knack for articulating design direction and vision effectively
Exhibits a profound understanding of accessibility best practices, ensuring inclusivity in design
Highly adept at using Figma, FigJam, Mural, Miro, and Office 365, showcasing technical proficiency
