We are hiring an experienced User Research & Experience Architect to support a high-impact enterprise application initiative. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in User Research, UX Strategy, Human-Centered Design (HCD), Process Improvement, and Enterprise Applications.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of User Research, UX, Process Improvement, or related experience
  • Strong qualitative & quantitative research skills
  • Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and workflow analysis
  • Expertise in personas, journey mapping, usability reports, and information architecture
  • Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodology experience
  • Enterprise application and business workflow experience
  • Experience translating research insights into UX and business improvements
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira, and user research tools
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred:

  • Enterprise digital transformation experience
