Job Summary:
Diverse Lynx is a company seeking a Salesforce Administrator who is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, support, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. This role involves ensuring users have appropriate access and that the system aligns with business requirements while maintaining security and compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Create, update, and deactivate user accounts in a timely manner
• Manage role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and access controls
• Maintain user access in alignment with business needs and security requirements
• Enforce system security policies and user access standards
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and record types
• Configure page layouts, Lightning pages, and components
• Develop and maintain validation rules, formulas, and other declarative configurations
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using clicks-not-code tools where appropriate
• Support ongoing platform enhancements and configuration changes
• Configure and maintain object-level and field-level security
• Manage sharing rules and support access reviews and audits
• Monitor the platform for compliance with internal policies and governance requirements
• Assist with security reviews, documentation, and remediation of access-related issues
• Monitor system storage, usage, and overall platform performance
• Evaluate and implement Salesforce seasonal release updates and feature changes
• Track licenses, user activity, and system adoption metrics
• Help ensure platform stability, data integrity, and operational readiness
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage tickets through resolution
• Onboard new users and deliver system training sessions
• Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and knowledge base content
• Promote user adoption by sharing best practices and supporting process consistency
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience administering Salesforce in a business environment
• Strong understanding of Salesforce standard and declarative administration capabilities
• Knowledge of user security model, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing
• Experience supporting users, gathering requirements, and documenting business processes
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
• Salesforce Administrator certification
