Position: OPERA / Infor Systems Administrator (Application Support)
Location: Onsite – Las Vegas, NV
Type: Direct Hire

Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a Systems Administrator focused on OPERA, Infor, and casino/hospitality management systems for a client in the gaming and hospitality industry.
This role is ideal for someone with a support background who has worked with hotel, casino, or property management systems and is looking to grow into a more technical systems-focused position.
The role will support day-to-day operations, user access, troubleshooting, and system performance across critical business applications in a 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
Application & Systems Support
  • Provide day-to-day support for hospitality and casino systems, including OPERA, Infor, or similar platforms
  • Troubleshoot system issues, user access problems, and application errors
  • Support system configurations, updates, and ongoing maintenance
  • Assist with integrations between systems and ensure data flow accuracy
User Support & Operations
  • Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for internal users across business applications
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and role-based access
  • Support onboarding/offboarding activities related to system access
  • Work closely with business users to resolve functional and technical issues
System Monitoring & Stability
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed
  • Support backup processes, system availability, and uptime
  • Assist in identifying and resolving recurring system issues
Collaboration & Documentation
  • Partner with IT infrastructure, security, and vendor teams
  • Work with third-party vendors for system support and issue resolution
  • Maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps

Qualifications
Required Experience
  • Experience supporting OPERA PMS, Infor, or similar casino/hospitality systems
  • Background in application support, helpdesk, or systems support roles
  • Experience troubleshooting user issues and system functionality
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
Technical Skills
  • User access management and permissions
  • Basic understanding of databases or system integrations is a plus
  • Familiarity with enterprise environments (24/7 operations preferred)
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with other property management systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, etc.)
  • Gaming or hospitality industry experience
  • Exposure to Active Directory or basic infrastructure support

Must be able to pass a gaming background check
Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
