Work Study Supervisor: Jennifer West, Assistant to the PHSSN Dean
Location: Patty Hanks Shelton School of Nursing campus, 2149 Hickory St.
Essential Duties Summary
- Able to work 6-10 hours/week during office hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
- Office related tasks such as answer the phone, greet visitors, return calls, copying and scanning, preparation for events, assist with restock of building work areas as needed, run errands and other miscellaneous duties required to support efficient operations at PHSSN.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation to the PHSSN campus
- Applicant must be enrolled full-time as a McMurry student with an award of work study funds from the Office of Financial Aid.
- Must maintain high-level of confidentiality and be willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
- Must be dependable to report to work on time when scheduled.
- Must be reliable and well-rounded with a strong work ethic.
Must be able to provide original forms of identification to complete payroll documents as described in IRS Form I-9 "List of Acceptable Documents."
