Job description

WE ARE HIRING: Customer Success Manager & Senior Customer Success Manager 

Do you thrive on helping enterprise clients maximize the value of their software investments. We are looking for dedicated relationship builders and orchestration leads to join our Customer Success team in Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)!

We are expanding our team across two strategic seniority levels:

  • Customer Success Manager (CSM): 3+ years of professional services or business support experience. Focuses on seamless onboarding execution, predefined success tracking, and linking core business objectives to the customer journey.

  • Senior CSM: 7+ years of related work experience. Leads high-complexity, high-visibility customer portfolios, coordinates cross-ecosystem escalation resolutions, and actively architects brand-new success plays for the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and orchestration lead for customer impact packages and platform features.

  • Own the Customer Impact Plan, overseeing delivery timelines and driving client action through a deep understanding of adoption metrics.

  • Partner with clients to ensure technical health, license utilization, and maximum return on investment (ROI).

  • Act as an internal customer advocate, collaborating with internal Sales, Product, and Support teams to mitigate critical risks.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ or 7+ years of experience in professional services, customer success, or related enterprise software support.

  • Strategic tech-industry knowledge with comfort learning and explaining cloud-based software or platform capabilities.

  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple customer portfolios and priorities simultaneously.

  • Platform accreditations or technical certifications are a major plus.

  • Familiarity utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows and generate customer insights.
