Restaurant Manager – Upscale Miami River Restaurant

We are seeking a polished, service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a high-end, fast-paced dining environment along the Miami River. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong presence on the floor, exceptional guest-relations skills, and a passion for delivering elevated dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily floor operations with a strong focus on personalized guest service
  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor, ensuring service excellence and swift resolution of guest needs
  • Oversee reservation management, table flow, VIP coordination, and guest pacing
  • Hire, train, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members to uphold luxury service standards
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and bar leadership to ensure seamless service execution
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance standards in a high-volume environment
  • Uphold brand standards, presentation, and hospitality culture
