Job description

Grayman Security is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Security Officers to join our team. This role focuses on enforcing our restaurant’s dress code policy while ensuring a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff. As a Restaurant Security Officer, you will be instrumental in maintaining the standards and atmosphere of our establishment, providing a positive experience for all patrons. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to upholding the restaurant’s guidelines.

Hours vary 4pm-2am

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patrons and verify compliance with the restaurant’s dress code policy upon entry

• Enforce dress code guidelines courteously and professionally, offering explanations when necessary• Monitor the premises for any dress code violations and address them in a tactful manner

• Collaborate with restaurant management to resolve any issues related to dress code enforcement• Monitor for and address any suspicious activity or safety concerns to maintain a secure environment
