United Protection Agency (UPA) is actively hiring professional Security Officers for assignment at the UCAN Campus, a youth-focused, trauma-informed environment. This is not just a security job—this is a mission-driven role requiring discipline, empathy, and advanced crisis-prevention skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

24 years of age or older

Valid State ID (PERC preferred or eligible)

Ability to pass background screening

Reliable transportation

Professional appearance and demeanor

Availability for ongoing training and refreshers

Previous experience in security, youth services, corrections, or behavioral health is a plus—but not required for the right candidate. THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE

This position is not about force.
