Job Description Green Bean Operator - Days Full-time Location: South Fort Worth Are you ready to play a key role in the operations of the Green Bean area. We are looking for a dedicated Green Bean Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll ensure the safe and efficient unloading of green beans, perform quality checks, and keep operations running smoothly.

If you're someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. What you'll do: Visually inspect green beans for appearance and quality, checking for defects. Perform pre-unloading cross-sectional sampling to ensure quality control.

Sign in trailers and ensure proper documentation. Safely and efficiently unload trailers using vacuum or gravity feed systems. Complete and maintain necessary paperwork and work orders to ensure accurate record-keeping.

What we're looking for: Ability to climb into and out of trailers from ground level. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to pull and drag green bean sacks weighing up to 160 lbs, with assistance.

Experience using stairs and ladders. Stand-Up Reach Truck Certification is strongly preferred. Solid mathematical skills for addition and subtraction.

Ability to deploy resources effectively to meet operational needs. Strong ability to follow and provide written and oral instructions, and communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors. Flexibility to work various hours as needed.
