Job description

Opportunity Snapshot:
  • Compensation: $35.00/hour
  • Location: Houston, TX
  • Assignment Duration: 12 months+
  • Work Schedule: hybrid 9/80 - Tues-Thurs in-office
  • Benefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401(k), Holidays and PTO

Responsibilities:
  • Support campus recruiting efforts, including pre-campus, on-campus, and post-campus strategies
  • Coordinate logistics for career fairs and recruiting events, including shipping materials, packaging, tracking, and returns
  • Ensure all materials are prepared, organized, and aligned with Client branding standards. Set up and manage events in Yello, including scheduling, interview panels, and event details. Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and campus partners
  • Coordinate candidate travel, accommodations, interview logistics, and expense tracking and reimbursements
  • Manage candidate tracking systems and distribution of applicants
  • Support University Relations Advisors and collaborate closely with the Program Lead
  • Assist with planning and execution of the summer intern program, including onboarding, project coordination, mentor assignments, intern events, field trips, presentations, performance evaluations, and offer processes
  • Manage vendor relationships, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Maintain inventory of university relations materials and giveaways
  • Track campus participation, recruiting metrics, and historical data
  • Assist with reporting for Talent Acquisition metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis. Ensure compliance with applicable hiring and Affirmative Action requirements
  • Work closely with leadership and recruiting operations while supporting key university hiring initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of university recruitment experience preferred
  • At lease 1 year of university recruiting or university relations experience preferred
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables & formulas), and PowerPoint
  • Strong diplomacy skills with a pleasant and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to work with functional and line management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams
  • General experience with employee policies and benefits administration
