As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to clients across all age demographics, addressing various mental health issues and life challenges.
• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client interactions, ensuring timely completion of progress notes and treatment reviews using our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Scheduling ongoing client appointments and managing your calendar effectively to optimize service delivery and client engagement.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and other therapists, to share insights, discuss case management strategies, and enhance service delivery.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey, allowing for independent practice.
• Demonstrated professionalism, with strong therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency in working with diverse populations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
• Self-sufficient and self-motivated, thriving in a remote work environment.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly valued:

• Significant training and/or direct experience working with couples in a therapeutic setting.
• A proven track record of utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to different clinical presentations.
• Previous experience working within a private practice or a similar remote therapy environment will be a plus.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, complemented by performance bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
