Job description

Position Description

We are a private healthcare investment and management group launching two new Spravato clinics in Gurnee, Lake Forest or Arlington Heights Illinois, scheduled to open in October. We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Psychiatrist to serve as the founding clinical provider and clinic partner.

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to participate in a clinic ownership structure while maintaining a clinical practice. Primary clinician conducting intake evaluations, establishing TRD diagnoses, and prescribing Spravato. In addition to a competitive base salary, the selected Dr. will have the opportunity to benefit from long-term clinic growth and additional income potential. As the clinics mature and expand, the ownership component is expected to become increasingly valuable, particularly in years three and beyond.

Our management company will be responsible for clinic operations, financing spravato purchases, build out of clinics, marketing, patient acquisition, and business development, allowing the NP to focus on providing excellent patient care while benefiting from the growth of the practice. As patient volume increases, the NP will also have the opportunity to expand their medication management caseload.

Ownership Structure

The selected Dr. will have the opportunity to participate in a legally structured ownership arrangement. An experienced healthcare attorney will prepare the Management Services Organization (MSO) agreement and all related documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additional details regarding the ownership structure will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process.
