As an LCSW at Unity Point Behavioral Health Services, you will:

• Provide one-on-one and couples therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Maintain meticulous records by completing client notes and documentation within required timeframes to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Schedule appointments, manage client calendars, and track patient progress, keeping all documentation organized and up-to-date.
• Utilize our billing service to streamline administrative functions, including claims processing and insurance eligibility checks.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about best practices in the field.

Your work will involve engaging with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, and families. Our practice serves a variety of client presentations, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma. You will greatly contribute to the therapeutic journey of clients of all ages, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each person.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, with an active LCSW license.
• Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, to effectively juggle a diverse caseload.
• Self-motivation and a passion for helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

In addition to the qualifications listed, we highly value candidates with:

• Experience and training specific to couples therapy and relational dynamics.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development to enhance therapeutic techniques.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including two evenings weekly to accommodate clients’ scheduling needs.

Unity Point Behavioral Health Services offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
