• Develop tailored therapy plans for each client, ensuring a personalized approach to their mental health needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify appropriate treatment paths.
• Apply various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused short therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on building rapport and creating a safe space for client expression.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to stay informed about advances in mental health research and best practices.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele that may include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your ability to offer compassionate care and effective healing strategies will directly impact their personal growth and well-being.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is essential for this role.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with diverse client backgrounds.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) software and telehealth technologies is necessary.
• A comprehensive understanding of ethical, legal, and professional standards for mental health practice.

• Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
