Position: High School Business Education Teacher
Hours or FTE: .4 FTE Starting Date: August 18, 2026
Job Description: Stewartville High School is seeking growth-minded candidates to teach business courses. The courses that will be offered in 2026-2027 may include Personal Finance, Accounting, Introduction to Business, Career Exploration, Computer Applications, and Marketing.
Qualifications/Degree: Valid Minnesota Teaching License for Business 5-12
Special Job Requirements:
Within federal and state law and regulations and district policies and practice:
  • Responsible for the management of the instructional program and assigned students.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to learning within the classroom and assisting in the same throughout the building.
  • Responsible for the assessment of student progress.
  • Responsible for ensuring the Minnesota State Standards are met.
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned by the building principal which are necessary to fulfill the basic function of the position and are consistent with the Master Agreement.

Beginning Salary Range: As per the Stewartville United Educators' Master Agreement
Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package for employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
