Job description

) Niles Care Center is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager or Licensed Pratical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager to join our Management Team! As the RN or LPN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the unit. In this position you will be given the autonomy to train, educate & ensure the clinical staff working under your supervision are top notch & providing the best quality of care! You will oversee all aspects of patient care, including medication management, charting, care coordination and communication with the resident and families.
We will provide you with all the tools you need to be successful & the freedom to implement those tools in a way that works for you and your nursing team!
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan required
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role highly preferred
