As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our long-term care unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent outcomes. About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager at Avista Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading by Example: Providing clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
