The Unit Manager will oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. You will utilize expertise in the leadership role as a manager; supervise and coordinate nursing personnel in providing direct resident care in adherence to State, Federal and corporate guidelines.    

The Unit Manager – RN/LPN coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center’s clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

Unit Manager (RN/LPN) Requirements:

  • Promote and facilitate teamwork

  • Must have valid RN or LPN

  • Demonstrate a high standard of ethics
