Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 4โ€“5+ years of proven McDonaldโ€™s multi-unit leadership experience
  • Significant tenure operating within the McDonaldโ€™s system at an organizational scale
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple restaurants and sizable leadership teams
  • Strong command of P&L performance, labor management, food cost control, staffing, guest experience, and company standards
  • Deep understanding of McDonaldโ€™s systems, corporate expectations, and operating standards
