We are seeking a Logistics System Operation or Develop Coordinator with strong system and programming expertise to design, develop, and maintain automation tools and data processing systems of logistics.
This role involves analyzing technical requirements, managing data workflows, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of system operations across various platforms
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and define system and business requirements; develop use cases for automation and process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze system data to ensure accuracy, stability, and consistency of daily operations
  • Manage and support logistics systems (WMS, TMS, Cello) to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency
  • Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting system issues and resolving operational disruptions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and recommend system and workflow improvements
  • Prioritize system enhancement requests based on business impact and operational efficiency
  • Develop and document technical solutions and improvement plans for submission to internal and HQ development teams
  • Coordinate with development teams (including HQ) to support system enhancements and issue resolution
  • Plan, execute, and validate system testing (UAT) to ensure quality of new features and system changes
  • Support system deployment activities, including cutover planning and post-implementation monitoring
  • Train users on system functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Perform daily operational and administrative tasks related to system and data management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4+ years of Logistics Management Systems, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics systems such as WMS, TMS, or ERP platforms such as SAP WM and JDA TMS
  • Preferable experience in working with Global Integrated Logistics Systems, including international freight, claim and billing processes.
  • Past experience with integrating external partners through EDI or API will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in system administration, data management, user access management and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify issues or improvement opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization including customers and carriers.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, while meeting deadlines
  • Relevant experience in Samsung Electronics warehouses or 3PLs logistics companies specializing in transportation of electronics in US is plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% within the U.S.

  • Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
