Job description

Position Purpose and Objectives

The Branch Support MRS is responsible for training new MRS’s to ensure consistent branch coverage, compliance, and operational excellence across all supported locations. Providing operational, sales, staffing and performance support to assigned branches to ensure service continuity, compliance, and member experience standards are consistently met during staffing shortages.

Major Duties and Essential Functions

  • Act as Subject matter experts for all branch MRS staff
  • Uncover member needs by asking questions and providing solutions to their needs.
  • Proactively discuss and refer additional products to internal partners.
  • Process requests for memberships, depository accounts, loans, and account maintenance services.
  • Regularly follow up with members to ensure that their financial needs are met and uncover any additional needs they may have.
  • Testing new products and services.
  • Deliver ongoing training and skill reinforcement for existing staff.
  • Adapt to multiple branch environments.
  • Remain up to date on current products, services, and marketing campaigns through attending training, and remaining familiar with all changes and disclosures.
  • Remain compliant with all financial regulations including: BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, USA PATRIOT Act, etc. as they apply to the duties of the position.
  • Maintain confidentiality of member information and other sensitive information.

Education: Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years related operational experience in financial institution environment or equivalent preferred.
