About This Role

As an RN on the 6100 Medical Floor at Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital, you will provide exceptional care to patients with chronic illnesses and post-operative needs. This role is ideal for compassionate caregivers looking to enhance their nursing skills in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do
  • Provide direct nursing care.
  • Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
  • Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
  • Educate patients and their families.
RequirementsEducation
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
Experience
  • One year of current acute care RN experience OR military RN experience
Licenses & Certifications
