ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist the Plant Manager with daily administrative tasks.
  • Compile all data needed for the Flash report and publish to company.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather and compile data for production reports.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and production materials as needed.
  • Support the Plant Manager in planning and executing production-related projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations within the production area.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions for production staff.
  • Enter sort and rework hours into labor efficiency reporting needed for corporate measurable.
  • Create reports on demand for quality and manufacturing productivity tracking.
  • Perform OEE, FTT, and dock-to-dock reporting.
  • Print and Distribute Equalization sheets and collect old Equalization sheets.
  • Collect and post overtime sign-up sheets and get signature from Union President and Plant Manager.
  • Support overtime meeting and distribute approved overtime schedules to all production areas.
  • Assist HR Department with training and staffing needs as required.
  • Provide support to other Directors as needed (Quality, In Knowledge and practice of Hutchinson's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.
  • Industrial and Supply Chain).
  • Function as backup for MRO purchasing reconciliation duties.
