Job description

GENERAL SUMMARY: 

Under supervision from Manager and Medical Director, acts as a centralized resource for the CADD Diagnostic, ABA and Medical home programs and patients. Ensures coordination of care for patients and supports the operations of clinical diagnostic and ABA teams and provides support for families in the Medical Home program.

 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or related field. 
  • Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of experience in a business office environment including experience with scheduling appointments and schedule maintenance, preferred. 
  • Analytical ability preparing physicians' schedules, preferred. 
  • Familiarity with computer applications in a PC and mainframe environment, preferred.
