Whether you're an experienced banker or someone with a strong sales and customer service background, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

As a Personal Banker, you'll serve as a valued liaison between our members and the credit union, helping individuals navigate important financial decisions while delivering exceptional service and personalized solutions.

What You'll Do

As a Personal Banker, you will:

  • Welcome members and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Process transactions accurately while providing prompt, caring service that builds member loyalty.
  • Open new accounts and assist members with account questions and service needs.
  • Accept and process loan applications from start to finish.
  • Interview members, gather financial information, review credit reports, and recommend loan products that best meet their needs.
  • Identify opportunities to educate members on products and services that improve their financial well-being.
  • Build strong member relationships through consultative sales and solution-based recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals while contributing to the credit union's overall success.
  • Resolve member questions, concerns, and challenges by finding the right solutions and delivering exceptional service.
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of commission-based or incentive-based sales experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Banking or financial services experience
  • Previous lending or loan processing experience

Compensation

Pay Range: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Plus:
