Commercial Construction Superintendent

Location: Los Alamitos, CA (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time


We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent with min. 7 years of experience in public works projects.

A proactive, serious, in control individual who can anticipate challenges before they happen. If you have deep expertise in commercial Type V construction and know how to unite in-house crews and subcontractors under a shared standard of excellence, we want you on our team.

OSHA 30 certification.

Proficiency with modern construction project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) is highly preferred.
