COMPENSATION

  • Salary: $100k + Depending on Experience
  • Highly Competitive/ Above Market Rate

ATTORNEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • David who is willing to go against a Goliath every day with pride
  • Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel
  • Litigate cases from the start of complaint through resolution
  • Draft pleadings and motions; including summary judgment motions
  • Propound and Respond to Discovery
  • Prepare for, take, or defend depositions
  • Court Appearances; as needed
  • Conduct Legal research
  • Manage relations with clients
  • Prepare for trial

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:

  • 1+ years of litigation necessary, or interest in litigation. Basic Knowledge.
  • Personal Injury experience necessary
  • 1st or 2nd chair trial experience preferred but not required
  • Strong negotiator skills
  • Desire to represent the underdog
  • Candidate must be hungry, relentless, and resilient
  • People Person-Strong communication skills
  • Strong grammar skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to handle many tasks as once
  • Candidate must be eager to learn, grow and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability,

  • Must have passed the Bar Exam in California
