Our growing company is looking for hard-working and skilled concrete finishers to help bring our concrete division plans to life! Under our concrete manager's direction, you will work alongside a team of other skilled laborers and finishers, and apply your knowledge of concrete methods, tools, and equipment to keep the project on track. You must have previous job-site experience, have a positive attitude, and have a great work ethic and physical stamina.

Responsibilities
• Properly prep and cone off construction sites as needed alongside construction machinery, tools, equipment, trailers, and supplies such as dirt and rock.
• Demo and dispose of existing concrete or structures no longer needed or being replaced per each job scope.
• Be prepared prior to going to the job by reviewing work orders and notes the day before. Show up prepared.
• Set proper fall, grade, set forms, and fill with proper sub-base for pour.
• Assist with the pour out of the truck and finish concrete to specifications outlined for the project and held up by Top Dog quality.
• Final clean up and backfill, leaving the client's home in better condition than it was found, like you would treat your own.
