What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?

Uncapped commission sales roles such as real estate agents, insurance brokers, and high-ticket sales representatives can potentially earn $4,000 or more weekly without a degree, especially with strong sales skills and experience. These jobs often rely on commission-based pay structures and require excellent communication, negotiation, and self-motivation.

Can you make $500,000 a year in sales?

Uncapped commissions roles often have the potential to earn $500,000 or more annually, especially in high-value sales industries like technology or enterprise services. Achieving this level typically requires strong sales skills, extensive experience, a large client base, and consistent performance over time.

What are uncapped commissions?

Uncapped commissions refer to a compensation structure where there is no maximum limit on the amount of commission an employee, typically a sales professional, can earn. This means that the more sales or deals an individual closes, the more they can potentially earn, without any upper limit set by the employer. This system is often used to incentivize high performance and reward top achievers. Uncapped commissions can be highly motivating, but may also come with high sales targets or expectations. It is important to fully understand the commission plan details before accepting a role with uncapped commissions.

Uncapped commissions offer sales professionals unlimited earning potential, whereas real estate agents earn commissions based on property sales, often with industry-specific licensing requirements. Both roles rely heavily on sales performance but differ in industry context and earning structures.

Is a $100 commission job worth it?

A $100 commission job can be worth it if the sales volume and product value justify the effort, especially in roles like sales or real estate where commissions are a primary income source. However, earnings can vary widely based on performance, industry, and the commission structure, so assessing potential income against time and skill investment is important.

How do uncapped commissions typically influence the earning potential and motivation of sales professionals?

Uncapped commissions allow sales professionals to earn unlimited income based on their sales performance, which can significantly boost motivation and drive. This structure rewards top performers for exceeding targets and often attracts ambitious individuals who thrive in competitive environments. However, it can also introduce pressure to consistently meet high sales goals, so candidates should be comfortable with performance-based compensation. Teams with uncapped commissions usually foster a high-energy, results-oriented atmosphere, and successful reps may quickly advance to leadership or specialized roles.

How can I make $2000 a week working from home?

Uncapped commissions jobs, such as sales roles, can potentially generate $2000 or more weekly if you have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a consistent client pipeline. Success depends on factors like industry, experience, and effort, often requiring self-motivation and the ability to close high-value deals or sales remotely.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in a sales role with uncapped commissions, and why are they important?

To thrive in a sales role with uncapped commissions, you need strong sales acumen, goal-oriented mindset, and a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets, often supported by relevant sales experience or a degree in business. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and possibly certifications like Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) can be beneficial. Exceptional communication, resilience, and self-motivation are key soft skills that help sales professionals excel in high-pressure environments. These skills and qualifications are vital for consistently driving revenue, building client relationships, and maximizing earning potential in a performance-driven role.

Job description

About Us

Rolling Suds is the nation's largest power washing company, providing professional exterior cleaning services for commercial and residential properties. Our Reno-Tahoe franchise operation is focused on building long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, HOAs, retail centers, industrial facilities, schools, municipalities, and other commercial clients throughout Northern Nevada and the Tahoe region.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated sales professional who excels at prospecting, building relationships, and closing business. This is an opportunity to help grow a territory from the ground up while earning uncapped commissions.

Position Overview

We are looking for a true hunter—someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening doors, building relationships, and generating new business. The ideal candidate has experience selling commercial services and is comfortable working independently with a commission-based compensation structure.

This is not an inside sales role. Success will come from networking, prospecting, visiting businesses, attending industry events, and developing relationships within the commercial property and facility management community.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new commercial business opportunities
  • Develop relationships with:
    • Property managers
    • Facility managers
    • HOA management companies
    • Commercial real estate professionals
    • Retail centers
    • Industrial facilities
    • Schools, churches, and municipalities
  • Conduct in-person sales calls and site visits
  • Network within local business organizations and industry groups
  • Schedule estimates and coordinate with operations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
  • Identify opportunities for recurring service agreements

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Reno-Tahoe market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred

  • Experience selling commercial services such as:
    • Power washing
    • Janitorial services
    • Landscaping
    • Pest control
    • Commercial painting
    • Window cleaning
    • Facility maintenance
    • Property services
  • Existing relationships within the Northern Nevada commercial market
  • Experience working with property managers and facility managers

Compensation

  • Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential
  • Opportunity for recurring commission income on ongoing service contracts
  • Flexible schedule
  • Potential for future growth into a larger sales leadership role as the territory expands

Ideal Candidate

You are someone who:

  • Enjoys meeting people and building relationships
  • Is comfortable making cold calls and in-person visits
  • Thrives on performance-based compensation
  • Takes ownership of your results
  • Wants to help build a growing business rather than simply maintain an existing account list

Territory

Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Lake Tahoe, and surrounding Northern Nevada markets.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your commercial sales experience, including the industries you have served and any relationships you have within the Northern Nevada market.
