An 'Uncapped' position typically refers to a job, often in sales or commission-based roles, where there is no upper limit on the amount of commission or bonus an employee can earn. This means that your earning potential is directly tied to your performance, and the better your results, the more you can make. Uncapped positions are attractive to motivated individuals who want to maximize their income based on their hard work and achievements.
