Job description

MM Hayes is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our UKG Practice as a UKG Ready Solution Consultant to help us fulfill the organization's growth initiatives across North America. This role is ideal for an individual with domain knowledge in one or all of the following areas: Payroll, Time and Labor, Employee Scheduling, HR, and Benefits and enjoys working with clients to improve their processes and get the most out of their software applications.

As a UKG Ready Solution Consultant, you'll be responsible for assessing client requirements, translating those requirements into design documents, using the design documents to configure the UKG Ready TLM, HR, Payroll or Scheduling solution, assisting clients with testing the configuration, providing training and knowledge transfer for clients during the implementation and delivering high quality support to the client after the client has started using the software in a production environment, as well as positioning MM Hayes as a long-term partner in their success.

Key Responsibilities

The role will assist clients with the use and usability of the UKG Ready application.

Work closely with other UKG resources on new client implementations, system reviews, and change order projects.

Provide technical on-site and remote application support to clients, answering complex questions on function and usage of product.

Provide Help Desk support of inbound calls, emails, and support tickets as needed.

Provide both pre-sales and service support where domain or product expertise does not exist within the client organization.

Proactively consult on best practice methodology to ensure client success.

Prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations.

Analyze client configurations and think out of the box to resolve and/or work around setup issues.

Drive all client system requirements and collaborate with client and MM Hayes resources for project-related decisions.

Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application.

Maintain a high level of enterprise competence, coordinate development and assignments, and identify, capture and share expertise.

This position may require after-hours work on weekdays and weekends along with travel to client sites as required by the business.

Qualifications

The role will require the right individual to assist clients with the use and usability of the UKG Ready application and troubleshooting and resolving issues while providing exceptional service. The successful individual will have:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or extensive knowledge of Time & Attendance, Labor Management, HR/Payroll, ERP, or similar domain products/systems.

Experience implementing ERP software solutions such as UKG Workforce Central, UKG Ready, UKG Pro, NetSuite, Workday or ADP eTime/WFM.

Strong demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills.

Previous experience using UKG applications is a plus and software application implementation experience is highly desirable.

Proven in depth knowledge of TLM, HR and/or Payroll competencies such as, but not limited to, interpreting union contracts, knowledge of labor laws, scheduling, benefits administration, performance and compensation management, recruitment, and payroll processing along with knowledge of the relative legal and regulatory requirements.

Exceptional organizational, time-management, and planning skills.

Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable presenting in front of client audiences in person, online, and on the phone.

Strong computer skills in web applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow-up opportunities.

Knowledge of Data Import/Export, System Integration or Report Writing is a plus.

Previous Help Desk/Support experience is a plus.

Travel

Travel may be required for this role as needed, based on client requirements.

$85K - $120K (may vary depending on experience)
