Job description

The Human Resources Coordinator is a key member of a small centralized HR team of 1-5 members, dedicated to supporting full-time employees throughout their lifecycle. This role involves coordinating HR activities using ADP Totalsource and facilitating effective communication and compliance within the organization. The coordinator also supports employee engagement through training programs and recognition events, requiring occasional local travel to enhance HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate HR activities and programs within a centralized structure
  • Support full-time employee lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing engagement
  • Utilize ADP Totalsource to manage employee data and HR processes
  • Assist with HR compliance and maintain accurate record-keeping
  • Facilitate clear communication between HR and employees
  • Coordinate training programs, benefits administration, and employee relations efforts
  • Manage occasional local travel for HR initiatives and meetings
