Interns work on real-world projects alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience in areas such as software engineering, marketing, sales, and human resources. These internships are typically offered to students or recent graduates looking to develop their skills, build their network, and explore potential career paths within the tech industry. UKG internships often provide mentorship, training, and opportunities for full-time employment after completion.

What types of projects or tasks can I expect to work on during a UKG internship?

Interns often collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to software development, product testing, data analysis, or customer support initiatives depending on your area of study. You can expect to work on tasks such as coding, assisting with product documentation, or participating in team meetings, all while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals. This hands-on experience helps build both technical skills and an understanding of the HR tech industry.
