How you make a difference

The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for the organization's UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management platforms, leading complex HR technology initiatives and system optimization efforts. This role oversees system configuration, reporting, analytics, data governance, security administration, integrations, troubleshooting, and process improvement. The position partners with Human Resources, Payroll, Operations, Information Technology, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to design scalable solutions and improve the effectiveness of HR technology systems. The role also provides technical leadership, supports HR technology strategy, and drives continuous improvement across HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management, providing guidance on system functionality, design, and best practices.
  • Lead system administration, configuration, enhancements, integrations, security management, and workforce management support.
  • Design and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to develop scalable solutions, support projects, and improve HR processes and data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues, lead testing and implementation activities, and provide training, documentation, and technical guidance to users and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of four to six years of progressive HRIS experience required.
  • Minimum of three years of hands-on experience supporting UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions).
  • Experience configuring and supporting HRIS business processes, workflows, security, reporting, integrations, and workforce management functionality.
  • Experience leading or supporting system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and process improvement initiatives preferred.
  • Experience with UKG People Analytics, Cognos Reporting, and advanced Excel required.
  • Experience supporting multi-state operations, payroll, and workforce management environments preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

  • UKG certifications or advanced training in HRIS, reporting, workforce management, analytics, or related technologies are preferred.
