Job description

The Role
The Sr. Analyst, Workforce Management Systems owns the strategy, governance, and optimization of the UKG Dimensions platform. This role leads the configuration and continuous improvement of time and attendance processes to ensure accurate payroll, labor law compliance, and operational efficiency. In addition to hands-on system oversight, this individual manages projects, drives cross-functional alignment, and develops scalable workforce management practices across the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization of UKG Dimensions, including pay rules, work rules, scheduling frameworks, accruals, and integrations.
  • Oversee end-to-end time and attendance operations, ensuring accurate time capture, exception management, and payroll alignment.
  • Establish system standards and controls to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
  • Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, Operations, and IT to align workforce management systems with evolving business needs.
  • Own reporting strategy, dashboards, and workforce analytics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Drive system upgrades, enhancements, and large-scale implementations, including testing strategy and change management.
  • Develop and enforce governance processes, security roles, and audit protocols to protect data integrity.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop analysts or administrators supporting UKG Dimensions.
  • Evaluate and redesign timekeeping processes to reduce payroll errors, mitigate compliance risk, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as primary escalation point for complex system issues and vendor relationships.
  • Partner with business HR and operations on requirements gathering and build test scenarios

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience with UKG Dimensions (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions) or similar enterprise workforce management systems, including prior leadership or project ownership experience.
  • Deep expertise in pay rule configuration, scheduling, accrual management, and workforce compliance.
  • Strong technical acumen, including experience with integrations (APIs, Boomi or middleware platforms), data structures, and advanced Excel; SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead system implementations, upgrades, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience mentoring or managing team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.

Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week.
