Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Take on a high-visibility role within our world-class health organization. Help drive the continued delivery of exceptional health care. You can do all this and more as the Administrative Fellow, UCLA Health.
Under the general supervision of the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Director of Hospital Operations of the UCLA Hospital System, you will be responsible for performance improvement project management, complex analyses, and development of organizational policies, procedures, practices, and cost-benefit studies on a Hospital System-wide basis as needed. You will assure that assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, assist with research, and provide administrative support to Operations as requested. Attendance of various Operations and Departmental meetings is expected to facilitate learning and the Fellow's overall experience.

Salary Range: $96,000 annual

Graduation from an accredited program with an MBA, MHA, MPH, MSN, MHI, or closely-related graduate program by summer 2027 required.
