Telecommunications Engineer / Voice Engineer / Telecom Engineer

Number of Openings: 3

Level 1/2 support consultants Only (Not more than 5 years) 

3 days a week onsite is a must 

Location: NYC - Penn Station Area

6-month contract (potential direct hire)

Willing to learn Five9 (Client will give training)

Role Summary:

L1/L2 support for Cloud Contact Center platform. Candidate needs strong telephony/Cisco fundamentals. Responsibilities include troubleshooting voice/SIP/call-flow issues, supporting agents/queues/campaigns, and assisting with IVR/call routing configs.
