The Senior Engineer in Support & Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless functionality of Backbone TAC Services. This position emphasizes the importance of maintaining high-quality code while providing exceptional client support and technical guidance. The role entails troubleshooting, enhancing existing features, and delivering solutions to meet both client and business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Existing Backbone Tac Services Features By Troubleshooting Bugs, Addressing Ad-Hoc Requests, And Executing Enhancements Based On Client And Technical Team Requirements.
  • Provide Client Support By Monitoring Requirements, Presenting Data, Resolving Tickets, And Managing Day-To-Day Support Activities To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks Aligned With Quality Standards.
  • Create And Enhance Documentation Related To Cmmi And Client Specifications, Ensuring Compliance With Best Practices And Standards.
  • Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers, Fostering A Collaborative Environment To Improve Skill Sets And Project Outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
