RNswanted to join our team and conduct UAS assessments. Tired of bed side Nursingand like to travel. Well, this is your opportunity to shine and do somethingdifferent. You will conduct assessments to help determine to needs and eligibilityfor Home Care and Long-Term Care Services.
JobResponsibilities
1. Upon timely completionof assessment, RN must submit within 24hrs
2. Work closely with UAScoordinator on scheduling
3. Attend requiredtrainings
4. Schedule appointmentswithin 24hrs of an assigned project
5. Ability to manageconflicts and problem solve
6. Ensure assessment quality
7. Maintain high level ofdocument tracking
Requirements:
  • Bachelorรขโ‚ฌ's Degree in Nursing
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License NEW YORK STATE
  • Willing to travel
  • UAS certified / training is also available
  • Bilingual candidates preferred (all backgrounds)
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in person
