Who You Are:

The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall management, operation, maintenance, and contract compliance of the USPS Page Belcher Federal Building. The Facility Manager oversees personnel, subcontractors, budgets, work order management, safety, customer service, and regulatory compliance while serving as the primary on-site management representative. The role serves as the primary customer interface with USPS representatives and provides leadership for facility staff, subcontractors, and service providers.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Manage all daily facility operations and contract performance.
  • Supervise facility staff, subcontractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with USPS contract requirements, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Oversee CMMS work order management and reporting.
  • Conduct facility inspections and quality assurance reviews.
  • Manage budgets, purchasing, and inventory.
  • Ensure OSHA, environmental, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate emergency response and business continuity activities.
  • Serve as primary customer interface with USPS representatives.
  • Support staffing, training, and employee performance management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Employees may be assigned duties outside their primary work area, including custodial, grounds maintenance, or other facility support functions, provided such duties are within their training, qualifications, and the requirements of the contract.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Five or more years of facility management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial or federal facilities preferred.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and building operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills.
  • Ability to pass USPS background screening.

Compensation 

 Expected Salary: $69,000k - $73,000 

 Versar Global Solutions provides the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the Company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.  The position will primarily work onsite.
