💼 What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers-helping them with service questions, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met quickly and professionally.
Your day-to-day will include:
  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with service requests, billing, or account changes
  • Resolving customer concerns with clarity, care, and a positive attitude
  • Using company systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Preparing service orders, change of address forms, and account adjustments
